Hey there!

 

My name's Lewis Walker, and I'm an independent animator and live-action filmmaker. 

 

As an animator specialising in traditional hand drawn animation, I've worked on a wide range of both professional and personal projects - such as freelance work for clients, and my own short films. My animated short film 'Slide King', won first place in New Zealand's ChromaCon Indie Arts Festival competition for student animation. 

 

As a live-action filmmaker, I interned at the Rotorua Arts Village to independently shoot, direct, and edit a short documentary centred around their Artist Residency Programme.

I've also created short films and music videos for both personal projects and for classes, and have experience in writing, directing, and editing. 

 

Currently I'm a fourth-year Concept Design student at Massey University Wellington,
